Hyper-Alert
A More Accessible Way to Begin
Our fully personalized sleep programs range from $300 to $700.
This journey was created as a more accessible way to experience the same core approach: plant-generated sound, structured listening and a 30-day progression designed around your sleep pattern.
Three plants. Three sessions. Thirty days to create a gentler relationship with rest.
Your Sleep Pattern: Hyper-Alert Night 🌿
You may arrive at bedtime feeling tired, yet part of you remains awake.
Listening.
Noticing.
Responding to small sounds, movements or changes around you.
Even when the room becomes quiet, your system may continue to act as though it needs to remain aware.
This does not mean that you are broken or failing at sleep.
It may simply mean that your system has become deeply familiar with staying alert.
The 30-Day Plant Sleep Journey for Hyper-Alert Night was created to offer a gentler and more predictable transition from awareness into rest.
Not by forcing sleep.
By gradually creating the conditions in which letting go may begin to feel more natural.
A Listening Journey Created for Your Pattern
This self-guided experience includes three plant-generated sound sessions composed specifically around the qualities of the Hyper-Alert Night pattern.
Each session begins with a living plant.
Bioelectric sensors detect subtle changes in the plant’s natural electrical activity. These signals are translated into sound through modular synthesis and carefully shaped into a slow, spacious listening environment.
The plant does not play a prepared melody.
Its living activity becomes part of the composition.
Over 30 days, Cedar, Linden and Magnolia accompany a gradual movement from protection, into shelter, into gentle openness.
Your Three Plant Sessions
Session One — Cedar
A steady place to begin.
Cedar carries a strong sense of structure, protection and presence.
This first session offers your attention a stable and predictable sound environment. There is nothing you need to follow, solve or anticipate.
You do not need to lower your guard immediately.
You are simply invited to notice what happens when the sound remains steady around you.
Listen during Days 1 to 10.
Session Two — Linden Tree
A quieter space beneath the surface.
With its broad and sheltering presence, Linden introduces a softer stage of the journey.
The music gradually creates more space between sound and silence, supporting the movement from active awareness toward a quieter internal rhythm.
Nothing is taken away suddenly.
The experience evolves slowly, allowing familiarity to grow through repeated listening.
Listen during Days 11 to 20.
Session Three — Magnolia
A gentle opening into rest.
Magnolia completes the journey with a spacious, calm and delicately unfolding sound environment.
After the stability of Cedar and the sheltering presence of Linden, this final session invites a little more openness.
Not the vulnerability of losing control.
The quiet possibility of no longer needing to monitor everything.
Through repeated listening, Magnolia becomes a familiar place to return to as the day reaches its end.
Listen during Days 21 to 30.
The Journey
Cedar offers stability.
Linden creates shelter.
Magnolia invites openness.
Together, the three sessions form a gradual listening progression designed around the qualities of the Hyper-Alert Night pattern.
Each stage prepares the space for the next.
There is no need to rush forward. Allow each plant and its sound environment to become familiar before moving into the following session.

How to Use Your Sessions
Listen once each evening, preferably shortly before sleep or after getting into bed.
Use a low, comfortable volume. The sound should feel present without demanding your attention.
Headphones are recommended for the complete stereo and binaural experience. You may also use speakers if that feels more comfortable or allows you to remain less alert.
You do not need to concentrate.
You do not need to meditate correctly.
You do not need to make yourself sleep.
Allow the session to continue until the end, even when your attention moves between the music, your body and the room around you.
If you wake during the night, you may return to the session you are currently using.
Consistency matters more than intensity.
This Journey May Feel Right for You If
• You feel tired but remain alert at bedtime
• Small sounds immediately capture your attention
• You wake suddenly or check your surroundings
• It feels difficult to lower your guard completely
• Silence sometimes makes you more aware rather than more relaxed
• Predictability helps you feel more comfortable
• You want a gentle listening practice without pressure to sleep
What Makes This Different
Most sleep audio gives every listener the same experience.
This journey begins with your sleep pattern.
The pacing, tonal movement, living plant activity and progression of the three sessions were selected specifically for nights shaped by heightened awareness.
It is not generic background music.
It is a gradual relationship with three living sound environments, experienced over 30 days.
The purpose is not to overpower your thoughts or force your body into sleep.
It is to offer something steady enough to return to.
Night after night.
First, stability.
Then, shelter.
Finally, openness.
Until listening itself begins to feel familiar.
Begin Your 30-Day Journey
Your first session and listening instructions will be available after purchase.
Begin with Cedar and remain with it for the first ten days. Allow the sound to become recognizable before moving into Linden and, later, Magnolia.
For the next 30 days, you only need to create a quiet moment, press play and allow the plant-generated sound to meet you exactly where you are.
No pressure.
No performance.
Nothing to achieve.
Listening is a form of safety.
