Return and Refund Policy

At Bio Music Vibrations, each item is made to order specially for you.
Because our products are produced on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges based on size, color preference, or buyer’s remorse.

However, we want you to be happy with your experience.
If there is any problem with your order, please contact us and we will assist you promptly.


Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or you received the wrong product:

  1. Email us at biomusicvibrations@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery.

  2. Include:
    – Your order number
    – A short description of the issue
    – Clear photos of the item and the packaging

We will provide a free replacement or an appropriate solution.


Lost Packages

If your package is lost in transit:
• Contact us at biomusicvibrations@gmail.com.
• After we verify the tracking information, we will resend the item when possible.


Returns & Exchanges

Because all items are printed individually per order, we do not accept:
• Returns for wrong size or color
• Exchanges
• Refunds for buyer’s remorse

Please double-check your sizes, colors, and shipping address before completing your order.


Wrong or Incomplete Address

If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer:
• The customer is responsible for any additional shipping fees for reshipment.


Refunds

Refunds are only issued in the following situations:
• The item arrives damaged or defective
• The wrong item was delivered
• The package is confirmed lost

Once approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method.
